Muling (T 11.29)*

Location

The Master Tung Acupuncture point, T 11.29* Muling, is located on the palmar aspect of the ring finger, along the radial margin of the PIP joint (line B).

Notes:

For palmar finger points, measure from the palmar digital crease to the proximal interphalangeal crease rather than from MCP to PIP joints.
This finger line system for locating Zone 11 points is adopted from "Advanced Tung Style Acupuncture: Dao Ma" by James Maher.

Indications

Primary:

Hepatic disorders: liver cirrhosis, hepatitis, liver cancer, intercostal pain, cholecystitis, biliary ascariasis

Secondary:

Wei zheng (atrophy syndrome)
Hemiplegia
