Tushui (T 22.11)

Location

The Master Tung Acupuncture point, T 22.11 Tushui, is a three-point set on the LU channel, on the palmar aspect of the thumb, evenly distributed along the radial margin of the metacarpal bone (line A). The center point overlaps with Yuji (LU 10). The second and third points are 0.5 cun distal and 0.5 cun proximal to the center point. 

Indications
Primary: 

Gastritis, gastric ulcer, chronic stomach disorders, heartburn, stomach pain

Secondary: 
  • Cough, asthma, tonsillitis
  • Sciatica, swelling of the bones, medial leg pain, periostitis
