Location

The Master Tung Acupuncture point, T 44.19* Shenjian, is on the shoulder, close to the LI channel, between Jianfeng (T 44.31)* and Yunbai (T 44.11).[Jianfeng (T 44.31)* is located 0.5 cun inferior to Jianyu (LI 15). Yunbai (T 44.11) is located 1 cun anterior and 1 cun superior to the center of the deltoid muscle.]

Indications
Primary: 
  • Post-polio syndrome
  • Hemiplegia from thrombosis, cerebral hemorrhage, arm numbness and pain, inner thigh numbness and pain, bi zheng (painful obstruction syndrome)
