Luozhen (Ex-UE14)

Location

On the dorsum of the hand, between the 2nd and 3rd metacarpal bones, about 0.5 proximal to the metacarophalangeal joint.

Indications
  • Sore neck, pain in the shoulder and arm
Applications
  • Invigorates qi and blood in the neck region
Techniques

Puncture perpendicularly 0.5-0.8 cun.

Remarks
Although mentioned in different texts, Wailaogong (Ex-UE8) and Luozhen (Ex-UE14) appear to have the same point location.
