Location

On the anterior midline, 5 cun above the umbilicus.

Indications
  • Stomachache, abdominal distention, gastric reflux
  • Nausea, vomiting

Contraindications:

Techniques

Needle perpendicularly 0.5-1.2 cun. Deep insertion is not advisable as it may puncture the peritoneal cavity.
