This point is on the ST channel, 12.5 cun distal to Dubi (ST 35), which is in the depression lateral to the patella ligament on the knee. This point is 2.5 cun below Sihuafu (T 77.10).

Fuchang

This point is on the ST channel, 3 cun distal to Tiaokou (ST 38), or 11 cun below Dubi (ST 35), which is in the depression lateral to the patella ligament on the knee.

Sihuali

This point is on the SP channel, 1.2 cun medial to Sihuazhong (T 77.09) or 7.5 cun distal to Dubi (ST 35) and 1.2 cun medial, on the inner border of the tibia.

Sihuawai

This point is on the ST channel, 7.5 cun distal and 1.5 cun lateral to Dubi (ST 35), which is in the depression lateral to the patella ligament on the knee, close to Tiaokou (ST 38) and Fenglong (ST 40).

This point overlaps with Dubi (ST 35), which is in the depression lateral to the patella ligament when the knee is flexed. Some books state this point is at the lower mid or lateral ridge of the patella.

This point is 1 cun distal to Dubi (ST 35), which is in the depression lateral to the patella ligament when the knee is flexed. Some books state this point is 1 cun distal from the mid or lower lateral ridge of the patella.

This point overlaps with Yinlingquan (SP 9), which is located on the medial aspect of the lower leg, in the depression posterior and inferior to the medial condyle of the tibia.

This point is on the SP channel, 1.5 cun inferior to Yinlingquan (SP 9), which is in the depression of the lower border of the medial condyle of the tibia on the medial aspect of the lower leg.

This point is located on the SP channel, 7 cun proximal to the tip of the medial malleolus.

This point is on the SP channel, 4 cun proximal to the tip of the medial malleolus.

Qihu

This point is a three-point set between the BL and the GB channels, behind the posterior border of the fibula and along the anterior border of the Achilles tendon. The points are 1.5 cun posterior to the lateral malleolus.

  • The first point is 2 cun proximal to the lateral malleolus.
  • The second point is 4 cun proximal to the lateral malleolus, or 2 cun proximal to the first point.
  • The third point is 6 cun proximal to the lateral malleolus, or 2 cun proximal to the second point.

Waisanguan

This is a three-point set on the GB channel. Divide the distance between the lateral malleolus and the head of the fibula into fourths, and locate these points at ¼, ½, and ¾ along this line.

Guangming

This point is on the KI channel and 1 cun posterior and 2 cun proximal to the tip of the medial malleolus. It is 2 cun proximal to Taixi (KI 3), which is in the depression midway between the tip of the medial malleolus and the attachment of the Achilles tendon. Some references state that this point overlaps with Fuliu (KI 7) or Jiaoxin (KI 8).

This point is on the ST channel, 1.5 cun below Dubi (ST 35), which is in the depression lateral to the patella ligament when the knee is flexed.

This point is on the ST channel, 2.1 cun below Dubi (ST 35), which is in the depression lateral to the patella ligament when the knee is flexed.
