Xiachun (T 77.16)

Location

This point is 1 cun distal to Dubi (ST 35), which is in the depression lateral to the patella ligament when the knee is flexed. Some books state this point is 1 cun distal from the mid or lower lateral ridge of the patella.

Indications

Primary:

Lip pain, lip ulcer, lip swelling, mouth ulcer, tongue stiffness, difficulty speaking
Thrush or oral candidiasis in children, yeast infection, vitiligo around the mouth or genitals

Secondary:

Oral herpes, genital herpes
